Fibre  Art Tuesdays

Tuesdays 10 am. to 1 pm.

Host and Instructor:  Christine Johnson

Christine is an Oxford Certified Instructor

Free Open Studio. Come and join other stitchers and fibre artists for an opportunity to work independently and together in a community group that fosters friendship and creativity.  What is fibre art? Knitting, crochet, rug hooking, quilting, embroidery, felting, weaving, spinning, sewing — anything where the dominant material is fibre-based.  Whether you are a beginner or an expert, all are welcome to share projects, ideas and techniques.

All ages are welcome to participate. The studio has some materials available to use but normally, the participant would bring their own personal project.

Basic instructions in a range of media will be offered as part of the open studio although more specific and detailed instruction can be arranged with the host for a fee.

Email the Instructor with any questions:  christine.johnson@sympatico.ca
